Refund Policy
Refunds:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.
All shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed. The item then will be returned back to you, and a shipping fee will need to be paid. The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid.
To complete your return, you need to email us at hello@alayasabayas.com and tell us your reason for return. Please note we require a receipt or order number as a proof of purchase.
Items purchased on sale are non refundable unless the item is faulty. We will require photo as proof of damage.
If you received a promotional offer when you placed your order and are no longer eligible for this promotion as a result of a return this will be reflected in the refund received. Please note the original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived due to a free shipping promotion, refund will be made excluding shipping fee.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges on any of our items.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, alayasabayas will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Depending on how busy we are it may take up to 14 days to process your return from the day it is received back.
Once the return has been processed you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved the refund will be processed and it may take 5 - 7 working days for the refund to show in your account.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
